The building is available to all residents of Harris County MUD #24. A $100 cleaning/damage deposit and a signed contract are required. “For Profit” organizations are required to pay a non-refundable User Fee of $100. Residents and Non-Profit organizations are exempt from the User Fee. A copy of the Meeting Facility Use Contract can be found here.
