During non-business hours, Hays Utility/H2O Innovation has an answering service to contact “On-Call” personnel for emergencies.

All of Hays Utility/H2O Innovation service trucks are equipped with GPS systems, which can route the closest service technician to any District problem. Hays Utility/H2O Innovation has an emergency generator at their offices and can provide assistance even if there is a power outage.
